Conceived by our SESMT, the "Healthy SuperAction" was born to encourage healthier habits, combining physical activity and a balanced diet in a light and motivating way - all accompanied by a nutritionist and personal trainer, who guide participants and assess their body composition.
In competition format and now in its second edition, the challenge continues to mobilize employees on a journey of overcoming obstacles. At the end of the journey, the participants with the best results are recognized with a special prize - an extra incentive to make health a priority.
