The traditional process of administering practical driving tests at Detrans across the country still involves several manual steps, resulting in slowness, rework and operational risks.

In the case of Detran in Rio de Janeiro, the main problems included the length of time it took to check and validate the documentation, the average time of up to three days to enter the results in the REFOR system and the logistics of physically sending the documents, which were subject to failures and attempts at fraud.

In this context, Na Prática was born - a Montreal solution that fully automates the process of applying practical tests, ensuring greater agility, security and reliability.

Solution
